Riftwing Rush Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Riftwing Rush, developed by OMC Studio. By installing or using the game, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
Game access
Riftwing Rush is provided for personal entertainment. Features may change, receive updates, or become temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical, legal, or service-provider reasons.
Google Play Games Services
Optional Google Play Games features may include player authentication and leaderboard functionality. Your use of Google services is also subject to the applicable Google terms and policies.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed through Google Play. Pricing, payment, cancellation, and refund handling are subject to Google Play rules and applicable law.
Fair use
You must not manipulate, abuse, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the game, its online services, leaderboards, advertising systems, purchase systems, or other players' accounts.
Intellectual property
Riftwing Rush, its original game content, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to OMC Studio except where third-party rights are stated.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
These Terms may be updated when the game or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be posted at this URL.
